About Me

Edmond Atindaana is highly self motivated and enthusiastic young man who is easy going and easily adapts to situations. He is very keen at learning new stuff and interested in global issues.
He has been on Global Xchange Plymouth UK and Bolgatanga, Ghana. He worked with the Salvation Army Social Services center in Devonport Plymouth UK and also Eden Project in Cornwall, UK. He has participated in a several community actions days including working for Cancer Research UK, BTCV,Food Bank and Personally organizing a community action day at Long Reach in Plymouth and a tree planting exercise in Dorungu community in Bolgatanga. He worked teaching Mathematics in a Junior High school as a volunteer and also as a Pharmacy assistant at the Afrikids health center. He has also been on radio programs advocating on Education,Climate Change, Human rights and Reproductive Health at Style FM in Bolgatanga. Due to his interest in development and societal well-being, he assisted a Journalist of TV Africa in Ghana to research and make a documentary on the claims of traditional healers of curing HIV/AIDS in the Northern Region entitled "HIV/AIDS Cure, Healers or Killers" and also a documentary on witchcraft being attributed to old age and denied of their human rights by some ethnic group in the Gusheigu Kariga district entitled "Curse of the Aged"

He has worked part time as programs coordinator for Solace Suhmaaya Africa and is studying towards attaining a degree in Biochemistry at the University for Development Studies.
He has also worked with World Vision International, Ghana on Water Quality improvement capacity building and as assistance researcher, water quality specialist. He is currently the Co-founder/Director of Better Life Aid and Tours. The future is today's youth and we must voice out, act and implement. Together we can!
