 About Me |
I am a graduate of Geography (BSc) form University of Ibadan Nigeria. I am a staff of Leadership Effectiveness Accountability and Professionalism (LEAP) Africa, a non-profit organization, which is committed to inspiring, empowering and equipping a new cadre of leaders in Africa. LEAP recognizes that leadership development is critical for nation building and wealth creation. As a result, it offers leadership training programmes and coaching services for youth ten cities in Nigeria. At LEAP, we are committed to equipping these critical stakeholders with the skills, tools and support that they require to serve as change agents. We also provide small grants to enable our youth participants commence change projects in their communities. Youth participants at the end of the leadership Institute have commenced change projects in their communities in order to improve the lives of people in their communities. The participants have executed projects based on HIV/AIDS, environment, education etc.
I am a trainer and I facilitate sessions on youth development. My work is a great avenue for me to live the passion I have to see that young people don’t feel powerless to the challenges around them, especially in Nigeria my country which is the most populous African country.
I supervise several change initiatives of our youth participants across Nigeria and I am also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the projects in our youth department and that of our alumni network of over 600 youth members across Nigeria.
I love to travel although I have not had the chance to do as much travel as I would love to.
