An Reader/Associate Professor; Working in the department of Business Administration, Assam University since 30th Dec 1998. He recieved Ph.D on Business Management (HRM) from Assam University, Silchar in the year 2007; and also recieved post docatoral research award from SAB UGC (GOI)-2009. He has published 30 numbers of research papers in the international journals.
