Madan Paudel-Documentation Officer
Madan Paudel is human rights activist, with a significant portion of his work focusing on the Rural Development. He has completed his masters degree in Rural Development with especial focus on Population, Culture, Economics, community development as well as Health and HIV/Aids issues.

As a Founder President, Madan has worked 6 years for a HRERLIC-Nepal. HRERLIC-Nepal is a youth led and youth focused human rights organization, which has been working for the protection and promotion of human rights in the grassroots since 1998. More than 900 local human rights clubs, 13 district networks and 10,000 activists are affiliated with this organization and more than 5,000 youth have been documented as committed human rights activists.
And his area of EXPERTISE FOR PROFESSION are Policy Making, Trainer for human rights, peace, youth leadership and environment related issues, Group building and Community mobilisation,Teaching, Trainer and facilitator.
Now adays he works with INSEC which is a leading human rights organization of Nepal.He is responsible for radio program.He produces the program and broadcast through local F.M.
