 About Me |
I am currently completing a specialist degree in Political Science at the University of Toronto. I worked in the Toronto office helping out with the TIGed program.
I have always been interested in global issues and international development, and have taken every opportunity to involve myself in programs that focus on innovative ways to empower youth. My personal focus has been international development education. I have learned so much from coordinating programs that allow kids to find issues they care about, develop strategies to address them, and speak up in support of their passions.
I only recently moved to Toronto to attend university but I am always looking for new opportunities in the city. I am just beginning my job at TIG, but I really enjoy the toolkits available for young advocates, and the ways individuals can connect using the site.
