24-year-old member of the Piikani First Nation in Southern Alberta. Broadcast Journalism graduate. Currently operating a low powered radio station in my home community along with writing articles, taking photos and laying out our local newpaper. I am applying for a license from the CRTC so we can increase our wattage and sell advertising. Our mission at Piikani Nation Media is to be the trusted interface between every member of the community, from the administrators to business to elders.
