He also has significant experience in the area of HIV/AIDS care and support, including his work with affected and infected
women and children, and his efforts to organize job training for those afflicted with the virus. He is a graduate in Industrial Psychology, postgraduate in Hospital and Health Management, postgraduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and has completed the foundation course in teaching special children from the Rehabilitation Council of India.
