 About Me |
I am an 18 year old student, going to study International Development at York U. I'm a trade justice activist and a human rights campaigner and democracy advocate. I would one day like to work for an organization such as Oxfam as a policy and advocacy director, or international observer. In 2006 I lived in the rural community of Ca'acupe, Paraguay in South America on a community development delegation with my high school. Sixteen of us went and spread across the country lending a hand in certain areas of interest; I was a teachers assistant and english teachers advisor at a school for rural children with a specialized english-language program.
