Profesor at The University of Nicaragua - School of Engineering, left the Country for political reasons.
Studies at Monterrey Institute of Technology and University of Virginia.
Involved in the development of technologies in order to educate individuals, socially and academicly as a way to transform societies and improve human behavior.
Worked with several groups, profitable and non profitable in the development of Learning Centers models since 1995.
Developed and established the Milenio Project in Nicaragua and The CLI Learning Center in Alexandria, Virginia.
