Alex is one of the Founder of the group BALUTI since 2003 group we are working in Community and School targeting MARCY or Most At Risk Children and Young people ages 15-24 yrs old.
Alex also belong to a risk situation involve in using drugs,having multiple partner, and also leader of a gang but now change in a positive person want to create a long positive change in the life of children and young people.
