I am a freelance Educator, Trainer and Cable Television Program Anchor. I have designed and conducted more than 1000 training programs/seminars. I have shared my knowledge & experience with approximately 75,000 people directly during last 13 years and more than 90,000 TV viewers during last 9 years. I focus upon values of human life and assists people to achieve success through progress. I have also used local cable television network for conducting video programs. I have 12 years of functional experience in various Indian and international organizations on management functions which include project design, development, documentation, installation, calibration, testing, commissioning and maintenance of modern instrumentation & control systems. Since 1991, I have conducted various training programs and provided consultation to small and medium sized organizations to improve their functional efficiency. I have specialized in designing and conducting tailor made training events for all kind of organizations. My interactive presentations help individuals and organizations to achieve success through progress. My personalised coaching and guidance to individuals have also benefited many families. From 1998, I have conceiving and producing cable television programs in Gujarati language for elevating awareness, providing education and empowering viewers of all ages on various social themes like Abhipray, Sansmaran, Andolan, Bal Mandir, Nivrutti ni Pravrutti, Pravas ane Prawasi, Sarbhara and Parichay. I have anchored a cable television network program VIEWFINDER on Channel Valsad. This was a live phone in interactive talk show with an aim to develop awareness, provide education and inspire viewers for making their lives more meaningful. This show achieved and approximate viewer ship of 90,000 viewers every week. I have anchored ABHIPRAY - a gujarati live phone in interactive cable TV program on Samanvay TV with an aim to collect and provide information from & to viewers on various social, educational, professional, cultural, political, administrative issues concerning private and/or public organisations/services. I am conducting a talkshow JEEVANDHARA - a gujarati discussion based TV program on Mitra Channel with an aim to share knowledge & expirience of people from various walks of life on common subjects and situations which are generally considered to be difficult to be handled; for providing assistance and guidence for Improving the quality of life. I have spent the last twelve years in conducting learning & training events for CEOs, Vice Presidents, General Managers, Managers, Supervisors and Workmen of Large, Medium and Small Scale Industries on Improving Personal Effectiveness, Professional Fitness and Improving the Quality of Life. I founded PREMIER in 2004 with four major activities like Premier SEMINARS, Premier GRAPHICS, Premier PUBLICATIONS and Premier COMMUNICATIONS. Presently he directs his team to design, print, publish and produce cards, calendars, posters, books, booklets, audio and video programs to assist users, readers, listeners and viewers to Improve The Quality Of Life. My formal education in Engineering has assisted alot in understanding people. I have obtained my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1980) and Post Diploma in Instrumentaion & Controls Engineering (1982) from Technical Education Board of Gujarat State with Distinction of marks. I have qualified as an internal auditor for ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems from Q.M.I., Mumbai and International Registrar of Quality Auditors ( IRQA, IQA ) UK. I draw on my writing to guide people through the coaching process, gaining inspiration from Bhagvat Gita, Swami Vivekanand, Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai and Osho. Widely-travelled in India, I live in Gujarat State of India with my wife and two grown sons - a graphic designer and a chemical engineer.
