About Me

I am a proud Moro by nationality and a Filipino by citizenship. I am a Maranao by ethnic affiliation. I am a peacebuilder based in Southern Mindanao who advocates for the attainment of the Bangsamoro's right to Self-Determination through peaceful and nonviolent yet progressive and persistent means. I am also an advocate for the integration of the youth sector in Mindanao society into mainstream peacebuilding work, particularly in Mindanao, where the other "older" sectors and stakeholders would view the youth sector as working partners towards social transformation, and not just as beneficiaries.
