 About Me |
I first experienced civil society work at the age of 12, when I developed an interest in student union activities. Later, in 2002, I represented Egypt as one of seven delegates at “Problems of Arab Youth Conference” held in Amman, Jordan. This conference was really my key to success and my visa to achievements; I consider it the most brilliant thing in my life. After that, I began volunteer work at Young People’s Library of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina.
I am now working on several projects nationally, regionally and internationally with various governmental and non-governmental organizations, including Life-Link, Alliance of Civilizations (UNAoC), Youth Solidarity Fund, Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Sustainable Development Association, Adwar, and Suzan Mubarak Women’s International Peace Movement.
My interest and work relates to promotion of culture of peace, education, environmental care, youth empowerment, human rights, and building youth capacities.
