A-cceptance
Self acceptance is very important in leadership. If we know how to accept our self especially our limitations in life we will know also how to accept others and their limitations too.

G-od centered. If we are God centered then we will not let biases of service over come us.We will have a fair judgement.

L-ove of work. If we really love our work then it is very easy for us to do our work. We will never be a successful tenant if we hate the work given by our Master.

U-nderstanding. If we want to be understood by our office mates or work mates and even classmates then begin to understand our selves until we will know how to understand their standard way of living.
