 About Me |
I'm 21 years old and I'm actually studying environmental engineering in Lausanne (Switzerland).
I have been very active in youth parliaments in Switzeranld and I've been president of the Swiss Federation of Youth Parliaments until last April. Youth Parliaments are a wonderfull occasion to learn new skills and achieve great projetcts with other people having the same age.
With my youth parliament (in my city Meyrin, canton of Geneva), we have achieved, two years ago, a development project in Madagascar to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. We finally went their for 2 weeks to help them in the construction and see how the project was evolving.
I also had the chance to take part at the fifth World Social Forum in Porto Alegre in 2005 as the high point of a formation project in Geneva for 25 young people. A great experience !
As my study could suggest it, I'm very concerned by environnemental problems, at a very large scale (poverty, food...)
My hobbies are sport, nature, music, politics...
