What DO WE DO? HAIDARI Briefed: Our organization is now seeking fund from UNICEF(United Nation Internation Children Emergency Fund) and as well as with Save the Children USA. We have been working for this humanitarian cause for the last 6 years and are satisfied with the projects accomplished so far. The last project I did was regarding youth development and peace for the deprived youth and children OUR MISSION: To help children and youth around the globe as the new generations have always been far from basic education. We aim to provide them with the new era of science and technology on which the world is progressed. INTRODUCITON AYCDP is a non-profit, charitable and non political organization working in association with other humanitarian organizations. Established in 1998 and is one of the many Youth & Children Development Programmes of the International Youth and Development Organization receives funding from the world recognised donors. With this service AYCDP is mandated to provide certain core services designated under the Youth and Children services. This question is often asked- If the money is given by UNICEF and other donating organizations, why fund-raising is needed? The reason is AYCDP challenges good service and development to Youth & children. OUR FIRST CHALLENGE: To maintain the status and address the increased demand for services as the number of deprived and needy Youth and Children increases that makes the greater need. WE DO MORE: Though YCDP doesn’t have any main product but we do publish quarterly magazines. This magazine “Children Count on You” is published to inform the young generation and the rest of public to get involved in our mission. The magazine has been a positive initiative proposed by the front youth workers and approved by the head of YCDP (Ajmal Haidari ) which helps us to reach our objectives easily and to approach the public with more information they might need, especially the Donors who donate money and expect some main objectives done in return. This magazine promotes our service to inform people around the globe as; this is distributed to all Embassies in more than 151 countries. Having distributed the magazine, YCDP has always had effective response from most of the embassies with some amount of donations. IT MEETS most part of our objectives very easily and we have always been provided with some advantages while distributing the magazine and they are as follows: Through its publication, we can inform official and private sectors and individuals of our aims and objectives. The effort that our front youth workers do is not wasted. We can easily reach to donors while sending them the magazine. A small amount is charged while it to the Embassies and this helps us to create sustainable projects for our long term objectives. It helps those youth and children in the remote areas and provides them the ways of contacting us and through that most of their basic needs are always resolved somehow. It improves a bit of your cash flow since the money is not tied up in the treasury. The system takes less time since we don’t have to go long distances in reaching some of our objectives while it could easily be done through the publication of the magazine. Effective communications created with the rest of youth and children organization having the same objectives. That is how our product service specification and standards are met.
