I am ِِAbbas Ali Hassan, from sulaimany I try to explain my self somehow to give general impression , about what I have done and what I want to do … I graduated from college of law. Since my early age I have involved in development process within my circumstances with having great enthusiasm to participate in civil society ,in order to act toward progressing our culture by external support to my peoples in academic ways , publishing democratic opinions in the mind of our coming generation . When I was at secondary school, I participated in several activities such as publishing articles in some local newspapers , I had great interest for art specially for theater and cinema I have done some thing in this field. When I was 18 years old I wrote a good text play about (authotiry and intellectual folks ) which I obtained reward as a best director among several profissional director. I have produced a short film dealing with one kid who always works hard in order to have a violin, but he could not get it until his death. I never joined any political parties inside my country or outside why? I really don’t know but i feel that if you want to make any change in the community you must be neutral specially in Kurdistan and Iraq . All political faction try to impose their own aims not public ,but recently I realized that some political parties try to involve the changes, maybe that will be a good sign to have expectation and hope for considerable progression when the parties in authority support any modern projects which arrange by international or national organizations . I entered extensive training course which prepared by Norwegian Peoples Aid when I passed in short list process it took 2-3 month it was about (TOT) training of trainer to enable trainer to teach the other through academic method which used in norway for the same object , I graduated from this course as trainer when there was three classification 1/trainer ………….. First rank 2/trainer assistant………..second rank 3/ participation……………third rank Participate in training design cours to design a training and lectures to any group according to their skill (K.S.A) KNOWLEDGE , SKILL, ATTITUDE After finishing the course I have started my work in the desk of youth as a trainer and team leader to raise youth awareness in Kurdistan region , to educate them about their rights and duties during the workshop and lecturing process with trying to persuade them by democratic system to encourage them to participate in democratization process as young people , provide facilities to them to realize this object in practise . we performed lecturing during our workshop about these topics :- 1/solve problem. 2/ organizational development and self organising 3/ youth & role of youth in democratization process 4/ create networking to achieve their dreams. 5/ encouraging gender equality in any activity 6/ advocacy & compaign & lobbing 7/ design real project step- by- step and making a chance to the participants to participate by their opinion according to our academic tools which confirm on participation instead of just lecturing as we see in our local classic education process , in which teacher is the only participant and the other just audience . I participated in an international conference in south africa inside johannesburg about the style of working with young people by collecting the experiences of several states during sharing our experience through presentation among ( IRAQ , SOUTH AFRICA , ZIMBABOI , MALAWI ,NORWAY , PALASTINE , LEBANON , SRBIA , TANZANIA , RWANDA ) in the conference English language was the only language to communicate and disscusion among participants . The out come of this conference was designing a manual or tool to work with youth around the world as a result of our sharing experiences Why to working with you? What is my dreams? It is so exciting to me to participate in your initiate stage to do a favor by modern means to the student of my country Besides that I have a great interest to co-operate with international sides because of their successful expererince specially you when you have great desire to support our peoples so iam there to any contribution which I can give , after that I would like to raise my skill as teacher and lecturer. Beside all that I am a lawyer in sulaimany court but because of my great desire for working in humantitarian field I partial sacrifice my time to development process not acting as a lawyer So I am working as team leader&trainer in Norwegian Peoples Aid in Kurdistan. About my English language English langauge is my fovorite hobby and always I keep ongoing to improve my language ,this goes back to my early age so now I have good ability to speak and understand and write by English at this time I am studying in an advance stage of English learning course in ( highest level of toefl ) course in which we have to speak just in English no any kurdish word in class allowed, so that is very useful to improve our language proficiency.
