About Me

I am a development worker, business development consultant and business strategist with a vision of becoming a world class multifaceted project and human developmental consultant, and a mission of bringing individuals of my generation and beyond to the full light of social and business development to enhance personal growth and satisfaction cum wealth creation and improved social mobility for businesses and persons within the context of society giving a grass-root integrated approach to national development. I have over the years as a result of my passion and personal interest like to see the Nigerian society produce brands of international standards. By brands I mean and not limited to organizations, persons, products, innovations and process that are initiated and thought through by Nigerians but get placed as world-class by definition. One of these brands is the NGOs or CBOs that are the veritable engines international development organizations use as agents for change in the grass-root.
I presently work with an NGO that has over 10years experience with various developmental interventions in both Ondo and Ekiti state that has required immense amount of data. Over time the proper management of these data has rather become problematic as a proper framework was not in place and even now is still sketchy as there is little experience or exposure to comprehensive knowledge of planning, monitoring and evaluation (PM&E) by myself (as I am new on the job) and the other organizational staff with exceptions to those that have been given on projects/programs by partners such as PACT Nigeria, SFH, UNDP etc which has not holistically addressed M&E that may be applied for health and other related programs/projects that the organization may propose to be involved with in the near future.
