Main Achievements During work in “Islamic Relief” there are several achievements in the following areas:
LOGISTICS:
­Looked after logistics as focal person for Islamic Relief& represented IR in UN Logistics cluster meetings
-Cleared the shipments, financial reporting of In-Kind donations, supervised the ware houses
-Made Transportation arrangements of relief goods to the field offices of Islamic Relief.
ASSETS MANAGEMENT:
-Tagging of new assets and physical verification of assets
-Orientation to the field administration about the fixed assets management.
-Updation of Fixed Asset Register
-Disposal of the sold/obsolete items and record keeping of the assets movements
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION:
-Overall looked after the administration activities for all area, field offices and field units.
-Liaison with security companies and mobile companies for the services for Islamic Relief.
-Supervised the personal charges reports, vehicle management, overtime preparation and vehicle cross charging reports.
-Assisted in implementation of HR policies, budget development, performance appraisals etc
-Visited the field offices to provide the orientation about the admin policies and procedures to field offices

PROCUREMENT:
-Purchased, tendered, negotiated and receipt materials, goods, services and contracts for Islamic Relief.
­Procured the goods, services, materials, medicines, non food items as a focal person for Islamic Relief especially major procurements during Kashmir Earthquake
­Procurement according to the guidelines of the donors and the keeping the files up to date
­List updation of the suppliers/vendors for any future demand
