Over Mij

I am From Peru. I am the President of “Mesa de Promoción de la Juventud de La Libertad” (Commitee for Youth Promotion in La Libertad - Peru). In this organization, I am in charge of promoting the effective development of the youth. Thus, we can contribute to the society by promoting the training to create microbusinesses and fight the unemployment. We are seriously committed to respecting and protecting the envinronment, the human rights and fighting the violence among the youth. We strongly believe in the education in values as the base for the development of Youth in order to build a new society by using the sustainable development.

Besides, I am the Director of the Research Group called "Micro Business and Human Development" at the Institute for Socioeconomic Research PRO DESARROLLO SUR – PRODESUR. In this institution we are committed to promoting the creation of new microbusinesses and to the training of The Youth and entrepreneurs, as well as providing them with themes in human development, leadership, values, and so on.

Presido la Mesa de Promocion de la Juventud de La Libertad (Peru), que tiene por objetivo promover el desarrollo de los jovenes y con ello accionar en la sociedad que nos acoge, para contribuir a la formacion de conciencia ciudadana, promover el desarrollo sostenible como: Luchando contra la pobreza, formando micro empresas a través de la capacitación en oportunidades de negocios para combatir el desempleo; promovemos la protección y formación de conciencia Medioambiental; creemos en la Educación en valores como base del desarrollo humano y cultural, en el respeto a los derechos humanos y apoyamos decididamente en la lucha contra la violencia juvenil.
Soy Embajador de la Juventud Trujillana por haber sido Representante del Peru ante el II Congreso Mundial de la Juventud en Marruecos 2003, pertenezco al Instituto de Investigacion Socioeconomico Pro Desarrollo Sur, donde hago labor voluntaria en el Equipo de Investigación "Micro y Pequeñas Empresas & Desarrollo Humano", trabajamos con jovenes multidisciplinarios para promover el autoempleo asi como darles herramientas de formacion ciudadana, autoestima y liderazgo, capacitamos a micro empresarios y a jovenes como potenciales empresarios en gestión empresarial y desarrollo humano.
Organizamos y facilitamos Talleres de Medio Ambiente, Derechos Humanos, Turismo, Fomento al Empleo, Valores, Liderazgo y Autoestima.
