 About Me |
I recently returned to Ottawa (where I am a Canadian Permanent Resident) from a two-year overseas position as Program Manager for Education and Social Development Initiatives with a US international NGO, Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Benin. Before Benin, I worked in Washington, DC for another US international NGO, World Learning as Program Manager for Civil Society and Social Development. With this position I traveled extensively in Africa to provide program management technical assistance to country programs in Benin, Togo, Ghana, Ethiopia, Morocco, Uganda, Kenya ad Rwanda. I am multilingual with working capacity in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese. I am passionate about development work, and would like to stay active in this domain, which is why I have joined the Oxfam E-Community.
