ToneyS Wong is an inventor, writer and an experimenter, who thinks benevolently, who would like to have most of the human-made problems solved in the world, and to attain World-Peace in the real sense, and not in the political or symbolic sense ! ! Then literacy is another matter what ToneyS would like to resolve. The goal is to attain at least 99% literacy worldwide ! ! He is offering free education to this new language for the underprivileged persons in the world, resoucing from the proceeds of books sale, which is written for this new and most efficient Global Language ! ! ! ! The rest of those who for the time being could not afford to make purchase, can ask for free copies of his book ! Or, any contact is welcomed for discussions or suggestions as to how to spread the knowledge of cures and education, or be a partner to me in volunteered works against problems in the world, especially for underdeveloped countries !
