About Me

Hello everyone,

I am a high school student from Toronto, Canada, taking part of TakingITGlobal as a co-op program participant.
Clarification: during co-op I go to work for a company in the field that interests me (in this case writing/editing/humanities) and instead of money, I get high-school credits. So, that's that.

I have many hobbies and interests, some of which include reading (favourite books of all times: Lord of the Rings, Count of Monte Cristo, the Harry Potter series, White Fang, Anne of Green Gables series and maaaaany more. I read way too much), writing, all forms of art, acting, baking and cooking (experiementation beats recipies any day) and designing and sewing clothes.

I also love sports- horseback riding, running (cross country), rollerblading, skating, volleyball and ultimate frizbee.

I am glad to be part of TakingITGlobal, because I really enjoy learning about new cultures and countries, and interracting with youth from other nations. I also realy like learning from and teaching others by experience and by showing a different perspective of the world around us. (Did that sounds too cheesy? I tried not to make it like that...but it just wouldnt co-operate).
