Stephanie Rudat is a principle-centered businesswoman who advises on various types of investments for her broad clientele and steers nonprofits toward an effective and impactful existence. Her ability to recognize opportunity, build successful business strategies and lead organizations has been demonstrated in multiple ventures. Her diverse experience extends to real estate sales, intricate involvement in growing a variety of nonprofit organizations, as a purveyor of fine art and past experience in the film industry.
She is a member of California Women’s Leadership Association and Gen Next - a collection of likeminded, forward thinking leaders working toward long term solutions for generational issues including economic growth, education and international security. Stephanie volunteers at any opportunity and serves as a board member for a several of organizations, some of which include Nourish America, Full Court Peace, Young Executives of America, and Rescue Humanity.
For several years Stephanie has been an instrumental team member in the launch and development of Nourish America. She serves as the Treasurer and Secretary of Nourish America, and has been influential in growing the organizations contributions into 37 states and maintaining a positive rating by Charity Navigator. Nourish America is committed to provide the daily essential nutrition that impoverished American children, families, expectant moms, seniors, the National Guard and others in need require to live productive, healthy lives. This is achieved by providing vitamin supplements, nourishing foods as well as nutrition education and research.
Most recently, Stephanie co-founded Alliance of Youth Movements - a global resource to available to anyone that peacefully wants to affect change using technology. Alliance of Youth Movements positively empowers leaders to affect nonviolent change in the world by creating and promoting use of technological tools to advance freedom, human rights, democracy, and development around the world. Alliance of Youth Movements launched by convening an inaugural summit including participation from youth leaders of pioneering movements pushing against violent extremism and oppression from 15 countries and 5 continents. Their best practices were synthesized into a multilingual field manual on using technology available online and offline to affect change. Additionally, a host of brief how-to instructional videos and wiki guides are amongst the tools accessible online at www.AllianceofYouthMovements.org. The second Alliance of Youth Movements summit will take place in Mexico City in October of 2009.
