It became clear to me in Jordan through IIPT (international Institue peace through tourism)that I wanted to change my perception of conflict, and research productive solutions on the ground. I have a strong devotion to my Islamic heritage, arts, minarets, culture and faith, and I felt it was my duty to make some difference during my visit to a land sacred to the 3 monothestic abrahamic faiths. Ever since I have been travelling around my Beloved Pakistan, middle-east and south-east asia searching for solutions to global issues such as conflicts, and due to recent hostilities prior 9-11 and after look at Islamic-western dialogue from a new prespective (being born in a democracy but from a devout Islamic upbringing) Currently Im a member of Islamic society of Britian (ISB) and working on Islamic awareness week project in London UK. I have overwhelmed myself :) for a islamic-western peace project called 'Crossroads of Civilisation' for Peacechild International and looking forward to creating a lasting impact for world peace in this venture. I had a brief stint as a police constable but the lure, creativity and vision on travel and peace diplomacy has created an opportunity to create my own Business-social enterprise called 'Elementiz' This is my dream which consists of ethical fairtrade business ventures that lead to empowerment of disadvantaged communities across the world. I am creating my own brand name 'Elementiz' (4 elements and beyond) and the products will be clothes, healthcare and home decoration. The profits will be distributed to causes that relate to the themes and segments of elementiz (watch this space for the 'TAKE OFF!) and more Info!! VERY SHORTLY!!!! PEACE!!
