About Me

Sheena is the Co-Founder and President of Extreme Entrepreneurship Education Corporation, a publishing company in the process of creating a series of books written by successful young adults for high school and college students. Extreme Entrepreneurship aims to give youth the tools and inspiration to plan and prioritize their vision for life and to create lives of passion, purpose and prosperity. The first book, The Student Success Manifesto by, Michael Simmons has been positively endorsed by students, educators, professionals, media, and best-selling authors Stephen Covey (author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People) and Mark Victor Hansen (co-author of The Chicken Soup for the Soul® series). It was recently listed as an Amazon.com bestseller.

Using creative financing strategies, Sheena became financially independent of her parents at the age of 17 and has been able to completely pay her way through NYU’s $30,000+ yearly tuition, excel in school, work full-time at jobs she loves, co-found a business, and write a book.

Sheena also currently manages the due diligence process at GreenHills Ventures, a venture capital firm which invests $1.5 to $5 million in promising early-stage high growth companies. In addition, she is a lead teacher at Project R.E.A.D., a non-profit organization that improves the reading levels of inner-city elementary school children.

As a senior at NYU, Sheena looks forward to launching The Student Success Manifesto Workbook in the Spring of 2004. Sheena’s interests include entrepreneurship, women's studies, education, and real estate. Sheena plans to graduate from NYU in 2005 with a degree in Communication Studies.
