About Me

I currently live in Vancouver, but have spent time living in Greece, Paris, Montreal, Victoria, Costa Rica, and Mexico.

I studied at the University of Victoria, receiving a B.A. in Sociology, concentration in Social Justice, with a minor in Environmental Studies.

Through working for the Vancouver Community Network, I facilitated the YSIS forum in Vancouver, submitting the officlal report to Toronto; participated in the TIG Mapping of Youth-Led Initiatives; facilitated various UN Habitat Jams in preparation of the World Urban Forum; acted as tech support for the Multicultural Health Conference in Vancouver; and presented on behalf of CAPYI 2005 at the Summit 2006: Strategic Use of Information and Communication Technology for Communities.

I am currently the Regional Coordinator for CAPYI 2006 and the Manager of the Youth Portal, an online resource for youth in the Lower Mainland of BC, Canada. Check out the work in progress: www.youthportal.ca (Please Send Feedback, or Inquire About Including Your Organization!)
