 About Me |
Somali Youth Peace for Political is a registered non profit making and non religious organization which is dedicated to work towards youth development and political participation. It was established on 1st February 2010 by Somali professionals after understanding that a many youth in the societies are not focusing on politics. The current situation on the ground has forced hindered of youth to miss the opportunity of leadership role in politics while there is need to build up their capacities and enhance political participation and good governance. SYPP is also registered with national Youth of Kenya and connected to global youth networking organization as a member. Since the established, the organization has undertaken various trainings for the youths who have currently became active in politics and gained training skills as part of the future youth developmental strategies in politics.
