WHAT WERE YOU DOING? I WAS ASKING LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INSIDENT.
WERE YOU AFRAID CONFUSED IF SO WHY? I WASN’T AFRAID BUT I WAS HIGHLY CONFUSED. I WAS MAINLY CONFUSED BECAUSE OF THE PANICKING CRYING AND CHAOS.

My workout plan

Expectations
30 minutes of cardio 3 to 5 times a week. Heart beating
20 to 30 minutes strength work 2 to 3 times a week. Muscle work

Cardio: treadmill
Strength: pushups , sit up’s, weight lifting.
I ate a hot pocket.
