My name is Sarah-Leanne Deslippe and I am a third year international development and globalization student at the University of Ottawa. In January of 2010, I will be participating in a volunteer trip to Ghana with Youth Challenge International. The placement concerns HIV/AIDS prevention strategies with a gender focus. We will be working alongside a Ghanaian based NGO, providing funding and local support for the duration of our stay.
