 About Me |
Ryan Feinstein is the Co-Founder of “The Catalyst Essential” – a strategic consulting and leadership development organization that facilitates the process for individuals, communities and organizations to explore their visions for themselves and the world. Ryan’s passion for exploring the interconnection of personal and leadership development is based on his work designing and hosting global youth and multi-generational leadership programs for over 5 years with the Bali Institute for Global Renewal in Bali, Indonesia, and now currently serves on their executive board. The Bali Institute is a global learning center that infuses indigenous and collective wisdom as key components in helping individuals move from vision to action. Based on his philosophy that all transformation is rooted in dialogue, Ryan is also a steward of the World Café (www.theworldcafe.org) and has worked with the founder of this dialogic methodology to develop new ways to bring it into groups and organizations. Ryan recently received his BA in International Studies from the University of California, San Diego, where he served as the Civic Engagement Director and developed many workshops and programs to empower students to find ways to get involved in community engagement initiatives.
