Rowena is a native of Montreal, Quebec, Canada currently residing in New York. Rowena is an allumni of Concordia University and completed her Bachelor's degree with a double major in Political Science and Spanish. Rowena specialized in spanish translation and human rights particularly issues of the indigenous people of Latin America. Rowena is presently a graduate student in International Relations at the City College of New York (CUNY) and in the process of completing her Master's thesis on South-South Cooperation. Rowena is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Tagalog.
