Rameen Javid Moshref is Executive Director of Afghan Communicator,
a community based, grass-root organization dedicated to education,
advocacy and youth leadership. He received his Masters Degree in Near Eastern
Studies from New York University in 1996. His Master's thesis on the
Taliban was the largest work done on the Taliban at the time, and has
been cited many times by scholars. As a specialist on Afghanistan, Rameen has attended many conferences in Afghanistan, the US, and Europe.
