Hello my name is Shane Pulak from Welland, Ontario Canada.
I have worked in various places around the globe. Niagara Falls, Boston, Taiwan, and Thailand. I been a Teacher an Environmental Technician an Entrepreneur but most of all I’m a humanitarian at heart looking to prove that sustainable development and self empowerment can be achieved in this new era which focuses on education, employment and self reliance.

Project R.A.F.T I believe is the process which can bring about positive change, prosperity, and dignity, all which needs to be restored in many developing countries this is why I have spent 5 years researching planning and documenting this project all of which is totally dedicated to sustainable development and self empowerment efforts.
