¿Que tal? Soy Rafael, estudiante cursando el último año de la Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Universidad de la República.
Actualmente me desempeño como Asesor en Contenidos de la Asesoría en Cooperación Internacional de la Intendencia Municipal de Canelones, Red de Mercociudades.
Soy miembro de Rotary Club Internacional y socio de Amnistía Internacional Uruguay. También trabajo como voluntario en Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) y voluntario on-line de Avaaz.
