Hi my name is Will Stringer and I'm a 19 year old living in Northern Ireland.
I've been involved in HIV and AIDS organisation 'dance4life UK' for the past two years in the realm of media. You can read some of my articles here...... www.dance4life.co.uk/newsletter . My latest article is all about misinformation!
I am currently preparing to head to Nepal to do some youth engagement work from April-July - which I'm really excited about - getting to live with host families and experience a new culture is going to be fantastic. It will also give me a chance to see first-hand the effect of poverty to communities.
I have just confirmed to study Contemporary Performance Practice at Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. This will allow me to gain skills in creating socially challenging performance, and I hope to one day set up my own company that tackles issues of development through performance mediums!
I am really excited about the next two years as I have been selected by GYCA as RFP for Western Europe!
