About Me

The Research Institute for Development,Communication and School Partnership(RIDCSP),is a Non-Governmental,Not-for-Profit and Apolitical Organisation that was founded at Kumba in the South West Republic of Cameroon by some committed men and women.This organisation was granted legal authorised status(No G39/D14/5/vol.vi /376 ) on the 14th of November 2001 by the government of Cameroon following recognition of the latters activities.
Its mission statement is,"Meeting the Needs of our Communities through Education and Research".

RIDCSP has broad-based objectives as below:-
-Improving knowledge and developing skills to plan,manage and evaluate effective development and communication programmes.
-Co-ordinating the exchange of academic ideas between pupils,students and teachers of schools.
-Developing skills and ability to plan and implement positive change.
-Alleviating poverty.
-Planning and executing research projects.
-Educating the public on research and communication techniques through workshops,seminars and symposia.
-Opening up public libraries in rural and urban areas with a view to promoting literacy.
-Checking the spread of the HIV/AIDS pandemic.
-Promoting sustainable development.
-Promoting Environmental Protection,forestry conservation.
-Promoting Human Rights/Peace Building.
-Eradicating computer illiteracy through the establishment of public literacy computer centres for training.

RIDCSP ,from its very inception has been very rigorous in pursuing its aims and objectives.Little wonder the organisation now enjoys credibility on both the national and international scenes.Below are a run-down of some the activities and projects RIDCSP has carried out this far.
