I completed my graduation in Sociology from University of the Punjab, Pakistan and presently doing MB in Urban Management from University of Arid Agriculture Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I served UNHCR for three years and currently serving in UNDP (Devolution Project) My most recent experience involve the following: Engage in field activities beside office work. During the field, collected information and data about the developmentat activities and performing monitoring and evaluation duties. Ample the capabilities of data analysis and on its basis designing the effective and efficient policy in order to strengthen the developmental activities. Also remain tied in the networking of CBOs, development of workplans, making finacial estimates and analysing the performance of such networks.
