Currently I manage media relations at The Fund for American Studies. Recently, I was part of the creative force behind the Ubuntu Institute providing website content consulting. In addition, I served as a consultant for Prince Cedza Dlamini, providing speaking representation, speech-writing, and website management services. My professional background spans industries ranging from the public sector to academia, interning for the Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts Kerry Healey, Target Software, Wolf Greenfield & Sachs P.C., State Street Bank & Trust Company, and Tufts University. I strongly value community service, holding several leadership roles in the religious community such as heading the marketing and public relations department of a local Cambridge, Massachusetts church. For several years prior, I served as Associate Superintendent, Superintendent, and teacher of a Sunday School in Boston with over 100 students. I hail from the island of Montserrat, a British protectorate in the West Indies. My family immigrated to the United States in 1985, when she was 2 years old, and I have lived in Boston since. I attended Boston Lation School in Boston before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Tufts University in 2004 and a Master of Arts in Political Science with a concentration on International Relations and Comparative Studies of South Africa from Boston College in 2006.
