Congratulations to the people of Southern Sudan - finally Peace has been signed after decades of civil war. Now is the time to look on the way forward, for people to pursue true development and influence their own lives. And it is time for the Youth to demand their influence. I hope I will succeed in contributing the little I can to this... See you in Maridi, Yei, Kajo Keji, Nimule and Rubeke.
Also congratulations to all my friends in SEEYN (South Eastern European Youth Network) with the MS prize. The time I lived in Sarajevo and spent travelling throughout Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia and Croatia, working with you guys was great fun - and a rewarding experience, for sure.
What I'm passionate about? workcamps, for sure. If you haven't been on one, you're really missing something.
And if you're really into youth involvement, much respect is to be thrown at Operation Day's Work in Denmark and the other Scandinavian countries.
