About me
As a mere human, describing what I do during my weekend is more than futile, so I would rather show you my point of view of what we call today, the universe. Then, I shall elaborate on my perspective about education in the world.
Firstly, Earth…what does it represent? Scientifically talking, Sun’s diameter is about 100 times greater than Earth’s diameter. Some may say that our planet’s gravitational guide(referring to the general law of gravitation) is incredibly big. However, if we can qualify our magnificent star on the universe’s referential, the Sun is nowhere near large. The universe is so vast that we, humans, can’t be in touch with the rest of the universe. In other words, everything we have studied and observed is mostly restricted to our planet’s field of study, nothing comparable to what the universe reserves us. The vast unknown is waiting to be explored, awakening my scientific interest for research. Outside my eternal self-inductive attraction I possess for science, my satisfaction for intellectual hunger almost meets its end. This paragraph might seem random but it's still about myself.
Secondly, education is, in my humble opinion, quintessential to everyone's life: It has been present in our lives since day 1. Unfortunately, not everybody is born under a newborn star. Mainly caused by poverty, lots of countries are still really uneducated. Well, at least it’s not so shameful because in their case, it’s almost inevitable. Sadly, lots of children never prioritized school as an important step of their personal development and therefore, they could end up having nothing when they will be at a more mature age. Today, children needs motivation to be able to focus on their studies because it will backstab them one day.
As one of the many members on takingitglobal.com, I’d like to make my own little contribution by solving problems preferably related to technology or education as it reaches my goals and passions I have.
I currently (February 10th 2010) study natural sciences at the Lionel-Groulx college in order to graduate and access to higher studies related to science and engineering. After my last semeseter, I will be studying biomedical engineering at the Polytechnic School of Montreal next semester...I'm not the kind of guy weho take breaks between school semesters. I look like a busy guy but my nature made me good and so, I can answer any questions regarding me or any particular subject.
