Hello everyone!
My name is Tynyshtyk. You can call me Tina for convenience ;)
I'm a PhD candidate in Japan, majoring in International relations. My research is about identity and language policy in the context of nation-building.
I'm originally from Kazakhstan. In past I also had experience living in the USA as an exchange student. I can say I like traveling and exposing myself to new culture.
Besides studying I also work part-time as an assistant to English language teacher in two Japanese elementary schools and hold English conversations with my adult students twice a week. I love teaching and learning at the same time :)
I hope I can contribute into positive global change together with all of you.
