Kayode Ogungbemi attended Patience Primary School, Government College Maroko,University of Lagos (B.sc) and Masters of Managerial Psychology.He started his career with Whassan Hotels and Catering Services Limited in 1998 and rose to the position of Senior Personnel officer in Whassan Eurest Nigeria Limited with responsibility for the management of over 3000 workforce in one of Nigeria's leading hospitality companies. He joined the Nigeriancv Management Consultants as Chief Operating Officer in 2003 and was on record to have taken the company to it current leadership position in the Human Resource and Manpower Development Consulting industry.He founded Rosk and Chene Consultants Limited as the current and pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with the sole objectives of providing business support and HR Solutions to organizations within and outside Nigeria.Kayode change his surname to Ibukunoluwa-Micah to reflects his Christian faith.A people-Centered individual, with zeal to effect a better world, business and community.Kayode Ibukunoluwa-Micah is married to Mrs. Adeola Ibukunoluwa-Micah.
