Calling for Young Japanese Leaders! 2011年 チューリッヒ - ワン ヤング ワールド サミット 招待のご案内 若い日本のリーダーを探しています！ Background and History The One Young World Inaugural Summit was held in London on February 8 to 10, 2010 and drew 823 young leaders from 112 countries. The summit focused on 6 key Resolutions developed in response to the most pressing issues in the world today, as identified as by the One Young World Global Consultation Process, a poll of over 15,000 respondents aged 18-27 years old from 34 countries in every continent on the planet. The Resolutions were the focus of the Summit's plenary sessions where Counsellors such as Kofi Annan, Bob Geldof, Muhammad Yunus and Desmond Tutu facilitated debate and dialogue between the Delegate speakers and their audience. 背景と歴史 ワン ヤング ワールド サミットは112カ国から成る８２３名もの若いリーダーの参加と共に２０１０年２月８日から１０日にかけてロンドンで始めて開催されました。ワン ヤング ワールドの国際的な協議プロセスにより認定された地球上のすべての大陸から成る３４カ国より１５，０００人以上（１８歳から２７歳）を対象とした回答者も交え、このサミットでは、今日において世界で最も解決が迫られている課題に向けた６つの鍵となる対応策について協議しました。コフィー・アナン、ボブ・ゲルドフ、ムハマド・ユヌス、デズモンド・ツツらをカウンセラーとして進めたディベート、代表演説者、聴衆者間の対話を通して話し合われたこれら対応策はサミットの本会議の焦点となりました。 The One Young World delegates address six of the key issues affecting the world: 1. The Environment and its protection 2. Developing Political Leadership for a positive future 3. Global Business and its role in shaping society through the economy 4. Global Health, its polarities and impact 5. Religion and Interfaith Dialogue 6. We invite the world’s leading institutions to identify amongst their youth the most talented, driven and promising representatives of their core values. 参加において ワン ヤング ワールドは若者のリーダーシップ力のための国際的フォーラムです。若者の中でも、最も才能と意欲を持ち、そして前途有望な代表者の基本的価値観を見いだすため、私たちは世界有数の機関を招いています。 Candidates and Delegates If you know an outstanding young leader (born during or after 1985) then the Founders would like to hear from you. There is a straightforward online application to be completed. Candidates for Delegates places should complete that form as soon as possible. There are 1500 Delegate places - and, as One young World 2010 drew over 800 Delegates, there will be competition for places in 2011. In their application Candidates should indicate their positions as regards being able to raise financial support for their place. Each delegate place costs just €3,000, which covers: 志望者と代表者 もしあなたが優れた若いリーダー（１９８５年以降生まれ）をご存知でしたらぜひご連絡ください。簡単なオンライン申請が出来ます。代表者志望の人は出来る限り早い申請をお願いします。代表者は１５００席用意されていますが、ワン ヤング ワールド２０１０では８００人以上の代表者の参加があったため、今回の２０１１年は席獲得のためのコンペティションが行われるでしょう。申請の際、志望者は参加にあたり資金援助等がある事を示す必要があります。代表者はそれぞれ３，０００ユーロほどかかります。費用の内訳は以下の通りです。 * チューリッヒまでの往復の交通費 * サミット開催中のホテル代 * 食事やケータリング代 * チューリッヒ／開催地での交通費 * サミット自体（追加の費用はありません。全ての資金は代表者のためのみに使われます。サミットは非営利事業です。） Return travel to and from the summit in Zürich Hotel accommodation for the duration of the Summit Meals and catering Ground transportation in Zürich The Summit itself (There are no additional costs and all funds are used solely for the delegates - no profit is made from the summit) Ways to Support or Sponsor as a Company or Individual Each delegate is likely to need financial support of around €3,000 to cover their flights, their accommodation, transport in the Host City, sustenance and the Summit itself. In 2010 this support came from a number of sources: businesses supported their own employees. Some Delegates were supported by their governments, academic institutions or via NGO's and Foundations.
