MISSION/VISION,PROGRAMES, PROJECTS TO BE IMPLEMENTED 2007 A.D. 1.01 BACKGROUND INFROMATION: The concerned christian organization (CCO),was founded on September 15, 1995 by a groups of christian residing in the City of Monrovia, Liberia. CCO-Liberia, is entity estiblished primarity to move towards the great commission developement programs, and project to up lift, and improve the christias and non christian in the society. CCO, is managed by corp of mature officers. It is headed by Chief Executive, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Secretary, Counsultant, Planning Officer, and other officers who form part of the committee for the projects and programe envisioned. 2.01 CCO MISSION; Our aims to promote broad assess to have effective use of knowledge and informations as tools equitable sustainable developement programs, and projects. We share informations, experience and resources to realise the potential of informations, through; educational programs, health/sanitation, relif/agriculture, reconstruction/welfare programs, and credit union. 3.01 VISION; The concerned christian organization, has a vision of a words of equal opportunities where all peoples are able to have access to and use knowledge and information to improve their lives in the society through; a. To organize sustainable developement training programs for the young/men, women, youth, individuals, farmers, instituttions, and communities, in the area of communities projects and other rural industries programs. b. To set up CCO schools system, nation wide for learning; - Acedamic schools - vocational trainign centers - Day-care centers,and - Children rehibilitation welfare center, and vitims children c. To assist agriculture communities, farmers in area of ; a. Essential tools b. Seeds c. Chemicals d. To plan implement massive health/sanitation campaingn through; - The need of safe drinking water - The dispose of garbage from homes and communities - The provision of good fly-proof latrines and above all personal hygiene. 4.01 SOURCES OF FUNDING 1. Private volumtary contribution 2.Programs and dues from membership 3. International donors, and agenies, relif organizations 4. Christians organizations, social organizations, and business communities 5.01 MEMBERSHIP; CCO,membership is open to all men/women, individuals, institutions, organizations, business/men and women, and farmers. In as much as one belive in our article of faith, one is accepted as member. 6.01 CALENDER OF EVENTS, HOSTED/HOSTING EVENTS; CCO Annual meeting, 2006 CCO Annual meeting, conference 2007 [Febuary 5-9, 2007} CCO Leadership training, central office {Febuary 19 - 23, 2007} CCO Global knowledge partnership, Europ & Africa {March 16 - 2006, April 5, 2007} Second global knowledge conference {CCO II ] [April 25, May 5, 2007] HOSTING EVENTS; YOUTH MEN/WOMEN PROGRAM FOR COMMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGIES; This programs intended to help the youth in the society in other to build up their learning capacity. This programs will also bring together 500 youths,men, women, nations wide. And also this entire programs will be held in Grand Bassa County, {July 20 - 30, 2007]. Issues to be discussed; computer leacture, effective communications in the soceity. The cost of this progams is USD; 20,000.
