I am an MBA working as a management consultant. My key experiences is in the field of Organisation Development including policy (personnel/HR, financial and operational) development, human resource management ;placement programmes, performance management , developing strategic plans, and conducting training programmes, among others. I have also been involved in large number of activities related to management of development programmes including programme planning, reviews and assessments, monitoring and evaluation. I have particular interest in research and publication. I think development in Nepal needs a lot of reforms; this is a challenging field and I look forward to continue working in this field.
