 About Me |
As a political science student I'm really drawn to a variety of youth social activism groups and really love to volunteer and help out where ever I can. I enjoy travel and am looking for new places to go and new people to meet. With my studies I am focusing on international development within Africa and have quite recently had a new interest in working on development of the indigenous people in Canada.
I participated and helped facilitate workshops in an event held here at McMaster called the GCC - Global Citizenship Conference. This is where I found out about TIG and I thought it would be a great place to network! I am actively involved in AIESEC McMaster and am currently on the exec team for UNICEF McMaster. Outside of my volunteer activities with my university I will be working with kids with special needs.
