He is also the Founder and Chief Boxing Advocate of Mandirigmang Pinoy, an online/web-based advocacy portal that promotes and supports Philippine boxing and its Filipino boxers; both the up-and-comers and the current/former world champions who are making waves locally and globally. He used to work as a Senior Corporate Trainer for one of the largest and highly-acclaimed contact center companies globally, Hinduja Global Solutions which has operations in the Philippines, the UK, the US, Canada, Jamaica, China, Mauritius, Colombia, and India. When he was a student, he could also be genuinely considered as one of the youngest, most versatile, and active student leaders in the Philippines. This affirmation was evidenced by his true-to-fact reputation as a consistently-awarded academic scholar and concurrent active student leader inside and outside of his school. Being gifted with multiple intelligences, he is highly confirmed as a born intellectual and an inherent jack-of-all-trades. In fact, these multiple intelligences are shored up by his various talents and skills that have manifested ever since his early childhood years. First, he is linguistically intelligent. He is an acclaimed public speaker having been frequently invited as a guest speaker, master of ceremonies, and facilitator in various seminars, lectures, fora, programs, and activities inside his university. He is also an orator having represented his school/s to manifold contests and exhibitions from his high-school days to college years wherein he won major and minor awards. Furthermore, he is a debater. Although a neophyte in this field back then, he already bagged a best speaker award in the first competition he joined wherein he was also the team leader. As a matter of fact, he was the team leader of his college's debating team. Additionally, he is a poet. A master when it comes to teaching synchronized speeches, poem delivery, "balagtasan", and the like for novice enthusiasts. He himself was a multi-awarded poet when he was in high-school. Then, he was a declaimer. Mixing the art of acting, posturing, and pronouncing; he had always been chosen as a contender to different contests under this specialty. He is also a mnemonic expert. He is greatly adept in the skills of memorization, which sets him apart from the other youth. He is a writer. He has been a consistent writer even way back his high-school days. He used to be one of the news writers of his college's official student publication, “The Key”. He had also won some writing competitions in which he pulled of both major and minor awards. He is also a known extemporaneous speaker. Possessing the knack in the easy sway of the English language in terms of grammar, diction, pronunciation, posturing, and having that vast vocabulary control under his thumbs; he is one of the best in this forte. Therefore, under linguistic intelligence, he surely has it all. A public speaker, a debater, a declaimer, an extemporaneous speaker, an impromptu speaker, a poet, a writer, and an essayist. He is also a musically-intelligent juvenile. Under this, he was a dancer, a choreographer, and a song writer. He choreographed all the most applauded dance numbers when he was in high school although he decided to temporarily cease this crave for dancing in college to give due attention to his studies. Nevertheless, his choreographies and his once-treasured performances can never be put into limbo as long as the unquenchable thirst for dancing is still within him. As a song writer, he expresses his insights, sensations, feelings, emotions, ideas, and thoughts through his pen during lull moments. A dancer, a choreographer, and a songwriter. Yes, even in music, he excelled. Lastly, he is inter-personally intelligent. This intelligence has always manifested in his proven track record as a multi-affiliated, respected, and largely emulated active student leader in diverse organizations in and out of his university. Some of them are enumerated below: 1. TakingITGlobal Philippine Team 2. Youth Creating Digital Opportunities 3. Galing Pilipino Movement-Philippines *Galing Pilipino National Youth Council *Galing Pilipino Movement-Polytechnic University of the Philippines Chapter and I-Gilas Center 4. In these organizations, he assumed either the highest-ranking or junior positions. Under interpersonal intelligence, he is worthy of accolades as well. These are only some of the reasons why Myron Sta. Ana is stunningly-regarded as an outstanding college student of our country especially during his active days. With this promising national young leader around, we are sure that our country still has hopes toward progress.
