About Me |
A Writer for fun, life, and enlightening youths...
Creative writing has been my passion over the years, recetly it has become my attainable goal.
I was born and raised in the Middle East and grew up all of my life in Canada. But my heritage lies in Somalia, known for being a war torn country. To me, it is a decaying paradise.
I believe that through art, film, and stories, you can make it a positive way to inspire generations.
I acquired formal education in Political Science from University of Windsor. Also studied in Business from Humber College. Yet, they merely fed the seed of knowledge that already bloomed through independent study. I thrive in studies like Ancient history, art and mythology. East Asian philosophers. Persian Mystics like Hafez and Rumi. Victorian wit, and mid century angst like the beats.
My interests, are spirituality and vegetarianism. I became an activitist for poverty and animal rights by becoming a vegetarian.
Currently, I'm working on many indie-film projects through Toronto Film Works in continuity. Made many connections there with artists, directors, and directors of photography. Gaining the experience to make my own short-film soon. Like writing and acting in cultural shows, depicting my heritage artisticly.
Through Taking it Global, I aspire to inspire, work to achieve, a global pulse that beats in all of us. Our tune would be remembered, cherished, and recited.
"Eternal is the one whose heart has awakened to Love.
This is how Eternal Records my life define." Hafez
