 About Me |
16 years HIV positive man living now in south Africa having moved there with the purpose of establishing a small charity called MADaboutART. Now 8 years on the project is in the final stage of handover to the Youth Ambassadors, young community members trained in techniques specifically dealing with HIV and creative art, drama, film and music based interventions. Our work is with children and thier parents and guardians within the communities in which we are based. Working on a small budget we have succeeded in crating a safe environment and epxressive centre where each year around 150 young people experience the programmes we run.
